أصدرت وزارة خارجية جنوب السودان، اليوم الأربعاء، بيانًا حاسمًا بشأن أنباء أثارت جدلًا واسعًا خلال الساعات الماضية والمتعلقة بقطاع غزة.
وأوضح البيان أن ما تم تداوله في وسائل الإعلام حول وجود محادثات مع إسرائيل لا أساس له من الصحة، ولا يعكس الموقف الرسمي لحكومة جوبا.
وكانت تقارير دولية، بينها ما نشرته وكالة “أسوشيتد برس”، قد أشارت إلى أن إسرائيل أجرت اتصالات مع جنوب السودان ضمن خطة تتعلق بـغزة، وهو ما أثار مخاوف وانتقادات حقوقية.
التقارير ذاتها تحدثت عن ترتيبات وصفت بأنها حساسة، قبل أن يتم نفيها رسميًا، بالتزامن مع زيارة أولى من نوعها لـشارين هاسكل نائبة وزير الخارجية الإسرائيلي إلى جوبا.
